Enclosed is a carefully curated Aegean & global wine list that celebrates coastal locations and a body of water's influence on the wine. Our list is focused on the shores of Turkey and Greece which exude a respect for long lived winemaking traditions and capture its terroir. They grow indigenous varieties that range from unique to familiar in style and express pride in their location.
The global section covers traditional European estates and New World innovators. To compare to their Aegean counterparts, we select vineyards that are also affected by the climate of the coastline. The sparkling and white wines tend to be mineral-driven and bright that echo the saline laden winds. The red wines are earthy and robust.
We are passionate about the wines and spirits of the Aegean and would be excited to show off how they contrast with your everyday selections, don’t let the unfamiliar pronunciation stand in your way!
